The Willow Ridge Civic Association (WRCA) is a voluntary organization established by residents in 1988 for the health, safety, and welfare of Willow Ridge. The WRCA aims is keeping Willow Ridge a friendly, family-oriented community. We help residents stay connected to each other and to local issues affecting our community.
In addition, the WRCA has an Architectural Committee whose task is to help residents comply with our community covenants.
The WRCA is your liaison to the community and to the county. Please contact the Willow Ridge Civic Association Board <[email protected]> if you require assistance or have any problems, questions or suggestions.
We also organize a variety of social events and have open WRCA Board positions and always appreciate volunteers.
WRCA Dues We ask that residents pay just $55 annually. The bulk of the budget is dedicated to the maintenance of the entrance to the community. We have insurance for the stone entrance signs and take care of landscape maintenance there. We need everyone to participate in order to keep the dues so low! Please contribute to the WRCA the next time we collect dues.

Get Involved Be more engaged and active in the neighborhood. It's easy, important, and fun. WRCA goal is to support Willow Ridge residents and keeping us a friendly, family-oriented community. We help residents stay connected with each other, Montgomery County and community neighbors.
We value your participation, friendship and contributions!
