Important

Trash Collection
Our trash is collected by J&J, Inc., 800-465-2350. Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday. Trash must be contained (no loose trash). J&J picks up trash most holidays. If they miss a pick-up due to holiday or snow, they do not reschedule.

Recycling
County recycling pickup is every Friday. Blue bins should be at the curb by 7 AM. For most federal holidays, the county recycling pickup schedule shifts by one day, so recycling is collected on Saturday instead of Friday.
Recycling Basics

Grinder Pumps
Willow Ridge homes have Environment One Grinder Pump sewer systems. The grinder pumps are serviced by Freemire & Associates, Inc, 410-768-8500 (this is a 24-hour, 7 day a week emergency number).

Please make sure the grinder pump alarm is on at all times, so that it will sound if the grinder pump malfunctions. If you’re not sure where the alarm switch is, contact Freemire. The grinder pumps run on electricity, so during power outages, be very careful about water usage. Service contracts are available through Freemire.
